Edit a Learning Path

Learning Paths can be edited at any time. Changes are not saved automatically; click Save before navigating away from the editor.

Open Frontierz Studio → Learning Paths.
Find the Learning Path in the list.
Click the edit icon next to it.
Change anything required: general info, sessions, objectives, or Connectors.

Click Save to keep the changes.

The editor opens with general information first, so that the name, description, language, and other basics can be confirmed before changing the structure.

Sessions are configured from the same editor. Open a session to adjust the user-facing title, description, or admin notes. The same Sessions area has an Add AI Simulation button to place an Active simulation in the sequence. See Add an AI Simulation between sessions.

The session panel contains the configuration that guides the AI Fellow during the corresponding session.

The editor also has a knowledge area for uploading reference material the AI Fellow reads during the sessions, both for the whole path and per session. See Learning Path knowledge.

Actions on a Learning Path

From the list view, every Learning Path provides these actions:

Global progressOpens the live analytics dashboard for the Learning Path: enrolled and active users, per-session progress, voice minutes, and full transcripts.
Manage UsersThe user table. Used to enroll users, import a CSV, export progress, clear progress, remove access, or join the Learning Path as a user to test it.
EditOpens the editor for sessions, objectives, Connectors, and general info.
ExportDownload the Learning Path data as a CSV from the Global progress dashboard.
DeleteRemove the Learning Path and all of its content. There is no undo.

Connectors are edited from the editor as well, next to the core Learning Path content.

Deleting a Learning Path also deletes the progress data of every enrolled user. If anyone is still actively using the Learning Path, export the data first.
