Connectors

A Connector grants the AI Fellow assigned to a Learning Path additional capabilities during sessions, beyond the conversational interaction. Connectors are configured in the Connectors Library. From a Learning Path, Admin users decide which Connectors are enabled for that Learning Path.

Assign Connectors to a Learning Path

Open the editor of the Learning Path.

Learning Path editor, Connectors section

Open the Connectors section.

Enable the Connectors that should be active during the Learning Path sessions.

Custom Connector picker/attachment area

Click Save Connectors.

Default Connectors available on Learning Paths

Two default Connectors are included with Frontierz and require no configuration:

ConnectorWhat it allows the AI Fellow to do
Allow Screen ShareThe user can share their screen during a session. The AI Fellow sees what is on screen and can comment on it in real time.
Schedule Next SessionOnce every objective in the current session is marked complete, the AI Fellow asks the user when they would like the next one and emails them a calendar invitation.

Full Admins can also assign custom Connectors to the Learning Path. Anything built in the Connectors Library over HTTP or MCP can be reused here, for example a CRM lookup or an LMS write-back.

Save Connectors button/state

Managers can enable or disable built-in Connectors for their assigned Learning Paths. Custom Connectors attached by a Full Admin appear as active but read-only for Managers.

Manager read-only custom Connector chip, if available

Schedule Next Session is useful for any recurring training program. The AI Fellow handles the booking at the end of every successful session, so no one has to follow up manually for the next slot.
