FrontierzDocs

Navigation

There's a permanent sidebar on the left. It looks the same on every page, so there's only one place to look when you want to switch context.

ItemWhat it opens
HomeThe home screen with your greeting, your next session card and (for Admins and Managers) the Studio overview.
Your JourneyYour AI Journey for the active Learning Path. Hidden if you're an Admin or Manager who isn't enrolled in any Learning Path yourself.
Frontierz StudioA dropdown that opens Learning Paths, AI Fellows and (for Admins) the Connectors Library. Hidden when you don't have access to any of those.
Company SettingsAdmins only. A dropdown that opens Company Profile and Access Management (and Billing when it's enabled for your company).
Your FellowDrops you straight into a voice call with your AI Fellow, named after the Fellow itself.
NotificationsYour in-app notifications.
User menu (bottom)Your profile, the View as Learner toggle (for Admins and Managers; see Roles & permissions), and Log out.

Admins see every item. Managers see the same sidebar with a smaller Studio menu: only the Learning Paths and AI Fellows assigned to them, and no Connectors Library entry. Users only see Home, Your Journey, Your Fellow and the user menu.

Top menu

Some pages also show a top menu in the page header. From there, Admins and Managers can jump to Frontierz Studio, to Learning Path Admin when a program is in scope, and to their profile or log out.

Where end users live

There's no standalone "Users" item in the sidebar. People you've added to your company live in two places, depending on what you're trying to do:

  • Per Learning Path. Open the program and switch to its Manage learners view. This is where you enroll and remove people for that specific program.
  • Company-wide. Open Company Settings → Access Management, then switch to the Users tab. This is where you can see every person in your company, change which programs and AI Fellows they have access to, and bulk-import new people from a CSV.

Admins and Managers (Team Members) live in the Admins tab of the same Access Management page.
