Available actions
From the list of AI Fellows, or from a Fellow's detail page, you can:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| View | Opens the Fellow's monitor page with its full configuration and stats. |
| Edit | Opens the editor to change purpose, Connectors, Knowledge Base, or any other setting. |
| Launch (test) | Starts a test conversation so you can verify the Fellow behaves the way you want before letting users in. |
| Change visibility | Switches the Fellow between Public, Private, and Disabled. See Visibility for what each one means. |
| Manage Users | Only available on Private Fellows. Opens the access list so you can grant or revoke who can talk to the Fellow. See Manage Users. |
| Integration guide | Opens the modal with the Fellow's standalone URL and an embed snippet. See Deployment options. |
| View conversations | Opens the conversation history with full transcripts. |
| Delete | Soft-deletes the Fellow. Existing conversation history stays available for analytics. |

When to test before activating
Run a Launch session after any non-trivial change to the purpose, Connectors, or Knowledge Base. The test conversation is exactly what an end user would experience, which makes it the cheapest way to spot:
- A purpose that's drifted from what you intended.
- A Connector that doesn't trigger when you expected.
- A Knowledge Base that doesn't surface the right content.
When the Fellow handles the test the way you want, set its visibility to Public or Private.
