When to test before activating

Run a Launch session after any non-trivial change to the purpose, Connectors, or Knowledge Base. The test conversation is exactly what an end user would experience, which makes it the cheapest way to spot:

  • A purpose that's drifted from what you intended.
  • A Connector that doesn't trigger when you expected.
  • A Knowledge Base that doesn't surface the right content.

When the Fellow handles the test the way you want, set its visibility to Public or Private.
