Manage Users
The Manage Users page is the access list for a Private AI Fellow. This is where you decide who can reach the Fellow. Anybody not on this list will hit the "no access" page when they open the Fellow's link.
The page only exists for Private Fellows. On Public or Disabled Fellows the Manage Users action isn't shown.
Open the access list
Open the Fellow's monitor page from AI Fellows.
Click Manage Users. (If you don't see the button, the Fellow is Public or Disabled. Switch its visibility to Private first.)
What you'll see
- The user list with name, email, and recent conversation activity for this Fellow.
- Search. Filter the list by name or email.
- Add user. Add an existing teammate or invite someone new by email. New users get an invite link to the platform.
- Import users from CSV. Bulk-add a whole list of people (same CSV format as Import users from CSV). All of them get access to this Fellow in one go.
- Remove user. Revokes access. The user keeps their account in your company; they just can't open this Fellow anymore.
- Export CSV. Downloads the access list with the activity columns, for reporting or audit.
Removing a user takes effect immediately. If they had an active conversation open, it'll keep running until they close it, but they won't be able to start a new one.
