Frontierz uses a password-less sign-in. There is no password to remember. Each time you sign in, Frontierz emails you a link that opens the platform.

First sign-in

When your organization adds you, you receive an invitation email containing a link to Frontierz.

Open the invitation email and click the link.
The browser opens Frontierz at the page you were invited to. Most invitations land on Home, the start of a Learning Path, or directly on an AI Fellow.
Allow microphone access if your browser asks. The AI Fellow needs your microphone to hold a live voice conversation.

The invitation link is single-use. Once you have signed in through it, the same link will not sign you in again on a different device. Use the regular sign-in flow from then on.

Returning sign-ins

After the first sign-in, you can come back to Frontierz the same way each time:

Open the Frontierz URL given to you by your organization.
Enter your email address.
Frontierz sends a sign-in link to that email. Open the email and click the link.
You are signed in.

The sign-in link expires after a short period for security. If the link no longer works, request a new one from the same screen.

If you cannot find the sign-in email, check your spam folder. The sender address is the one your organization configured. Some organizations route Frontierz emails through a custom domain.

Sign out

Open the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Log out. Closing the browser tab does not sign you out, so use Log out when you finish on a shared device.
