Connectors

A Connector grants an AI Fellow an additional capability. Default Connectors provide built-in capabilities such as screen sharing. Custom Connectors are integrations created in the Connectors Library and allow the AI Fellow to read from or write to external systems.

Add Connectors to an AI Fellow

Open the AI Fellow editor.

Open Connectors and capabilities.

Connectors and capabilities panel in AI Fellow editor

Click Add Connector to open the available Connector list.
Select the Connectors that this AI Fellow should be able to use.
Save. The AI Fellow can now use the Connectors during its conversations.

ConnectorWhat it does
Allow Screen ShareThe user can share their screen with the AI Fellow during a conversation. The AI Fellow sees what is on screen and can comment on it.

Schedule Next Session is also a built-in Connector, but it only applies inside a Learning Path. It runs once every objective in the current session is marked complete, which standalone AI Fellows do not have. See Connectors on Learning Paths.

Custom Connectors

Full Admins can attach anything built in the Connectors Library, HTTP or MCP, to an AI Fellow the same way. The AI Fellow decides when to use each Connector based on the description written when the Connector was created.

Managers can enable or disable built-in capabilities for assigned AI Fellows. Custom Connectors already attached by a Full Admin appear as active but read-only for Managers.
