FAQ
Are conversations with AI Fellows private?
It depends on how the AI Fellow is set up:
- Public Fellows. Conversations are anonymous. Only Admins can read the transcripts, and the transcripts can't be filtered by user.
- Private Fellows. Users must log in, so each conversation is tied to a known user. You can filter and search by user.
- Learning Paths. Users are enrolled, so per-user progress against sessions and objectives is visible to Admins. The transcript itself follows the same rules as a Private Fellow.
See Visibility for the full picture.
Can someone use an AI Fellow without an account?
Only on Public AI Fellows. Their standalone link and embedded widget both let anyone start a conversation without logging in. This is how to deploy a Fellow for an external audience, or for a quick internal pilot without the friction of account creation.
Private Fellows always require a login. A Learning Path does require accounts so it can track progress.
Which languages do AI Fellows support?
You pick the default language when you create the AI Fellow, and you can change it later from the Fellow's editor. The platform currently supports:
English, Spanish, French, Catalan, Portuguese, Swedish, German, Dutch, Italian, Galician, Danish, Basque, Norwegian, Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Ukrainian, Japanese, Chinese, Finnish and Polish.
Conversations themselves can switch languages mid-call as long as the Fellow understands what the user is saying.
How are changes to a Learning Path saved?
They're not auto-saved. After you change something in the Learning Path editor, click Save before you navigate away. See Edit a Learning Path.
